• For Employment: We share your profile and resume with potential employers and recruiters so they can contact you about openings.

• For Protection: We share data only when legally required or to prevent fraud and site abuse.

Q: Is sharing my "Sensitive Information" (like race or veteran status) mandatory? A: Not at all. It is completely optional. Some Florida employers use this data to meet diversity goals or veteran-preference hiring, but it is your choice whether to provide it.
